Day 96 - Diving and Drinking

The dives were absolutely amazing. There was way more to see here than in Koh Tao. The first dive at the King Cruiser wreck was pretty cool. In the past before the tsunami in 2004, you were able to penetrate it, but since then it has collapsed in on itself. The visibility wasn't the greatest, only about 10 m but it was still brilliant. The wreck was covered in coral and fish were swimming around everywhere. There were a lot of large lionfish fully puffed up and floating around as well as some scorpion fish.

The second dive at Shark Point there was even more to see. The water was full of pufferfish, butterfly fish, devil scorpions and parrot fish. We were able to see a stingray and a 3 meter long leopard shark. Swimming with sharks, how cool! :)

The last dive was at Patong, where I saw a couple of black tipped reef sharks. Awesome.

The rest of the evening/night consisted of bar hopping and booking 2 more local dives for tomorrow!
